Delivery

At TrainYourBody, we carefully prepare each order so you can enjoy your gear as soon as possible.

  • Order processing : 1 to 3 working days.
  • Transit time : 7 to 10 working days depending on location.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 8 to 13 working days from order to delivery.
  • Order tracking: A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

At TrainYourBody, we go further by extending this period to 30 days for your satisfaction.

Example: an item delivered on 1 May can be returned until 31 May.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

All manuals, accessories, and labels must be included.

  • The product must show no signs of use or wear.
