  • How long will delivery take?
    Processing: 1 to 3 working days
    Transit: 7 to 10 working days (depending on location)
    Estimated total: 8 to 13 working days

 

  • Do you offer free delivery?
    Yes, delivery is free for all orders within the UK.

 

  • Where are you located?
    TrainYourBody is an online store specialised in fitness equipment and home workout accessories. Our headquarters are in Paris, France, and we ship from our warehouses to the UK.

 

  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay.

 

  • What if I receive a faulty item?
    We will replace any faulty product free of charge. Please contact us and return the item within 30 days of delivery

 

  • Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Yes, you have 24 hours after confirmation to request cancellation. After this, the order will be processed and shipped.

 

  • What is your return policy?
    You have up to 30 days after delivery to return any product that is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 7 working days back to your original payment method.
